2240' Fusion-Gyro Track Pullback

North America Wireline hired D&S Tech to perform a Fusion-Track Gyro pullback on two pilot holes and two final product verifications on a gyro required bore. A water grid was utilized for the pilot holes due to the clarity and depth of the water. Critical points had to be met as the existing causeway was going to be replaced. Engineers allowed the bore to be completed using traditional magnetic tools but still wanted secondary verification from D&S's Fusion-Track Gyro. After each pilot hole and product installation, D&S and North America Wireline performed a Fusion-Track Gyro pullback to confirm the locations compared to Tru-Track, completing the pullbacks within one day. The Fusion-Track Gyro confirmed that the pilot holes and final product locations were within the required critical points, allowing the drilling company to save money by using a traditional magnetic tool while still meeting the engineer's specification of a secondary verification with the Gyro-Track.
